Holiday-Ready in Every Way

Since my tips for getting Holiday-ready is the same as the tips for Thanksgiving prep, go through each link below to have everything done by Christmas Eve.

Here are some additional tips that are more specific to The Holidays:

  1. If you have pets, be aware of wrappings, ornaments, and other items your pet may want to play with, eat, etc. Depending on the size of your tree, placing it on a table may be a good idea. Or have enough pet toys that you can use to distract them.

  2. Wrap gifts and place under the tree as you receive them so you're not wrapping gifts last minute. Speaking of last minute.... you can also purchase an eGift Card for a Decluttering or Organizing Session from me!

  3. Have Holiday scents throughout your home: pine, evergreen, cloves, or cinnamon. You can find them in oils, candles, diffusers, etc. They're especially nice in the bathroom!

  4. Make it fun! In case of inclement weather, have everyone wear fun Holiday socks for when they kick off their shoes or boots.

  5. Add extra boot trays if you do expect inclement weather.
